Very worst worst the hotel locate near beach is good, but inside facilities too bad, the lift not working good, the room not clean, toilet dirty, window near sweap, above of the bed the woods all so dusty, we call room service to clean, they clean to floor only, felt disgusting to use the cups to drink, i never ever seen this kind of bad hotel, first is the worst one. I was cheated, i saw very good rate then over trust pay money, They ask extra money for the facilities..but worst action done. Very disappointed 😞

bed only clean, i give only half star to rate.. so bad hotel.

"It’s middle satisfaction for us, but the reception is very helpful"

The service from reception is helpful to us. The new TV in the room has youtube which good for our kids.

Hotel dekat dengan pantai teluk kemang. Belakang hotel je dah boleh main pantai. Parking senang.

Harga hotel dengan keadaan hotel tak ngam. Lift punya pergerakan sangat lambat, nak buka lama nak tutup pun lama. Pintu bilik rosak. Perlu buat maintenance. Pintu bilik air karat2. Shower tak boleh guna langsung. Mandi lah dekat air paip dekat toilet bowl tu. Bangun pagi air tak ada. Lantai bilik air kotor macam tak sapu dan mop. Nak jalan dalam bilik pun rasa serba salah. Jarang nak complain, tapi ni rasa macam duduk hotel budget dah 😅😅

Beach is nearby only

The was no water supply at the hotel on the day of my visit. I have requested for a refund and but there's still no reply from the hotel and from booking.com as well
