Die Bruckmühle

It was quiet.

Not a good experience. First, the self-check in kiosk was broken, not allowing payment. There were other guests with the same issue, not just me. I waited outside for 45 minutes before someone was able to come and let me in. When I called to report the issue, the clerk said she’d call me back in 5 minutes. She did not. She text me 90 minutes later saying I hope my colleague was able to let you in. Hope is not a plan! If you say you’ll call someone you should call someone regardless of your hope. Second, when I entered my room on the top floor, slanted roof like the attic, it was so dramatically hotter upstairs than it felt on the lower floor. My room had direct sunlight on a very hot day and the room was stifling without any AC. While I knew in advance there was no AC, not having a fan available to your guests in advance is absurd. I had to sit in my car for an hour to cool off. I couldn’t even be in the room during the direct sunlight hours. I drove around Bavaria for 8 days staying at 8 different hotels. This was definitely the worst! So not recommended!!!

Beim Check in wurde meine Kreditkarte nicht akzeptiert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich jedoch unglaublich klein und eng.

War alles sehr schön

Frühstück könnte mehr sein vom Angebot her sonst top.!!!

Hübsche, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, Fliegengitter im Fenster war top 👍🏻 Gute Lage unweit der Autobahn und somit ideal für einen Zwischenstopp Richtung Süden

Automatenanmeldung - auch wenn die englische Telefonzelle ganz witzig ist, ist es so doch sehr unpersönlich (zumal die Betreiber im Haus waren) Frühstücksoption sollte bei der Buchung direkt mit angeboten und bezahlt werden können.
