Air conditioner did not work for two days! Room stayed 77 degrees the entire stay. Told the front desk but she said it was because the thermostat didnt have batteries. No offer to compensate me for the horrible inconvenience. I absolutely did not sleep the second night due to the heat

Didn’t get to eat it..

Made reservations on Booking.com got the King Suite room. Call Bre and she told me they were over booked after I had already paid Booking.com then turned around paid your facility that was over $1000 dollars. I sent Booking .com an email and the last one I sent they said ask you guys to refund my money since I didn’t stay there. I’ve called off and on trying to speak to a manager and left my number for them to call me back and still no calls. I’m in a middle of a divorce and I need my money returned please. All the girls I spoke with on the phone were very professional and polite. In today’s world people call I know and complain but I’m not trying to be rude I just need my money refund and in the future would book through the hotel instead of Booking.com which is a 3rd party didn’t know that but trust me I do know.
