"Great Customer Service and Clean Room"

Customer service was excellent for both checking in and checking out. They were very helpful and happy to assist you.

No parking provided for customers. You will need to pay for parking about two blocks away or find street parking. It might be a good idea for someone to patrol the floors to ensure that people are not smoking in their rooms, since this is a smoke free hotel. Someone on the floor that I was on was smoking the whole time that I was there. You are able to smell it strongly in the hallway and also under the door.

"Good place to stay for the night."

The room was clean and comfortable. Good size space. Nice breakfast offered as well.

Location is slightly dodgy but not horrible. Also, it was actually 5 miles away from JFK airport, despite including the airport in it's name.
