La variedad y calidad de las comidas. Las piscinas.

La animación. El servicio prestado en recepción por Fernando. No fueron a limpiar el apartamento durante la estancia. No había botellas de agua en el apartamento.

La tranquilidad pese a ser un hotel familiar con niños. La atención por parte del personal fue increíble. Pepe Cruz nos atendió siempre con una sonrisa y era muy agradable con todos

El bungalow que nos tocó era cómodo, funcional y muy accesible . Tiene 3 piscinas bastantes grandes y con fácil acceso. La comida estaba buena. Todo estaba limpio. El personal fue muy agradable y atento. Tenía mucha vegetación con muchas palmeras que hacía la experiencia más agradable, con sensación de paz y tranquilidad

Lo que no me gustó fue el colchón de la cama que era muy duro. Pero sobretodo no nos gustó que las personas de la animación solo hablaban en inglés y nunca hablaron en español.
