Tyvärr blev jag och min son dåliga i magen efter middagsbuffén. Finns ingen sandstrand som bilderna visar. Annars allt väldigt bra!! Vi åker dit igen!

Trato del personal.El apartamento que nos dieron está cerca de todo porque yo dije en la reserva que tenía muletas en seguida nos atendieron y encima cuando nos hibamos a ir pudimos quedarnos más tiempo en la piscina y nos dejaron una habitación de cortesía para podernos duchar y cambiar de ropa.Es una zona muy tranquila para descansar

Todo me gustó pero el comportamiento de los estranjeros es mala que encima tenía unas hamacas para las personas con movilidad reducida como yo y una extranjera quería llevárselo todo las hamacas y eso que era solo tres y el empleado del hotel en seguida nos solucionó el problema para nosotros muchas gracias

At first, the hotel seems very beautiful and pleasant, with lots of green areas, nice pools with a comfortable temperature, and a few playgrounds for children, although they are quite simple. The overall atmosphere initially feels relaxing and family-friendly.

Unfortunately, everything changed on the very first night. As soon as the sun went down, the entire place became infested with cockroaches. I have never seen anything like it in my life. Every step you take in the outdoor areas, you come across another huge cockroach. They are literally everywhere, making it extremely unpleasant to walk around outside the apartment at night. To make matters worse, on one occasion while I was washing my hands, a giant cockroach came out of the drain. This clearly shows that the hotel urgently needs pest control throughout the entire property, including the internal and external areas, the pipes, and the sewage system. This place feels disgusting. I cannot wait to leave, and I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
