Shower flooded all over the floor an no one came to fix it despite reporting it twice. Had to cover the floor in towels to soak it up.

Room was not clean

J’aurais bien aimé un peu plus de vaisselle et d’ustensiles. 2 assiettes 2petits verres 2 cuillères 2 fourchettes etc ce n’est pas terrible. J’ai demandé un verre plus grand pour pour prendre une bière mais ce n’était pas possible.

Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et arrangeant.

Très bon appart hotel, proche de paris et des commodités de transports.

séjour d'étape où je reviens régulièrement. Très bien situé, on est vite dans Paris à pied. La chambre est confortable, rien à redire.

The air conditioning would not turn on, there was no fan & the windows would not open for fire safety reasons. This was on the 6th or 7th floor with heat rising made it unbearable. I would never stay here again due to it being ridiculously hot at 23:00. The staff was very kind & understanding & gave me a fan from the managers desk at 2315. I shouldn’t have to complain about this.

Fomos muito bem atendidos. A recepção estava sempre disposta a ajudar e dar boas informações. Checkin fácil. Quarto muito limpo e confortável. A cozinha tinha bastante utensílios úteis. Metrô perto, o que facilitou bastante o deslocamento. O estorno do caução foi realizado corretamente no dia seguinte. Ótima estadia.

2 jours de séjour relativement calmes. Des voisins discrets. Tram pas loin. Chambre propre.
