Nice hotel. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Disappointing they didn’t have a hot tub and the pool water was freezing. Otherwise great.

We had a great stay. We did want to have joining rooms but couldn't so they gave us 2 right next to each other. I wish they would have still had a hot tub though.

Pool water was extremely cold, very uncomfortable for family to enjoy. Hot tub was shown on website but has recently been removed. 5 stars for cleanliness, staff and breakfast.

Navim was very professional at check in, courteous and friendly. We always chat with the staff if they have time. Denise in the breakfast room was very helpful, and Malay at the check in desk was also very competent and nice. All together a very good time. They let us use the breakfast area for incoming family who came for the funeral of our aunt - it was nice to be able to have a place where we could all be together instead of our bedrooms.
