The location and the environment. My kids love the pool.

The pool was excellent and the host was very pleasant, enough space for parking and excellent in terms of safety whereby the door gate was closed and secured at night time...

The room is quite small for 4 people, the arrangement can be made better, and the tv remote could be provided with battery for changing tv channel.

I like the ambience, very cozy and soothing. Over the gate, there were paddy field so green and refreshing!

There were lizard's poops on the balcony, and the pool's water was quite murky too.

The room was nice and clean. Bed not very comfortable but it is acceptable. I love that it is easy to access swimming pool, just outside your room. They also include BBQ area. Most importantly the room is sparkling clean. Kudos on that!

Of course not everything is perfect. When we came the pool not circulate and we can see that the water became cloudy after bunch of people went into the pool. Next, it is hard to contact the person to check-in/out. There were people at check-in/out area but when we called them they not responding, just playing with their phone. Even though they not in charge of the check-in/out they can help to call someone who in charge.
