The breakfast spread was really good. There were different varieties and options everyday which I loved. The location was close to the airport but far from the central city. It was good for my conference location but not great for when I wanted to do sight seeing due to the distance.

From the moment I walk in, I feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation — and that starts at the front desk with Lynette. She greets me by name, with a warm smile, and has my room key ready before I even reach the counter, every single time. The breakfast experience is equally impressive, thanks to Dominic, Anita, and Bheng. These three are the definition of hospitality — friendly, attentive, and consistently outstanding in their service each morning. Like Lynette, they greet me by name and with a smile, which sets a positive tone for my entire workday. It's rare to find a team this dedicated, and they deserve every bit of recognition they receive. The hotel itself never disappoints — the rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, and the property is always immaculately clean, which is non-negotiable for me when I'm on the road. I've recommended this hotel to numerous colleagues and will continue to do so. When a hotel's staff makes you feel this welcome, loyalty is easy.
