Tried three times to talk to the manager or receptionist. The only person who tried to help us was the lady from the laundry. No shampoo or conditioner supplied only soap. Teatowel & dish cloth removed after first night & not replaced.

Very clean. Everything that you could need - crockery, cutlery, microwave, full fridge. Good queen bed. Quiet location. Could do with more comfortable chairs and a shelf in the bathroom as no where to put even toothbrush and toothpaste except the high windowsill.

Staff kindly enabled me to check in late on Christmas Day, even turning on the air conditioning for me prior to my arrival. They had fantastic water pressure; I got the best shower of my trip so far! The room was clean and comfy with everything I needed. Thank you!
