Please note that towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property. Children can only be accommodated in the private rooms, not in the dormitories. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card. Please note that for flexible reservations, the credit card will be charged automatically at noon (local time) on the arrival day. The restaurant also has a wide culinary offer and a diverse cultural and leisure agenda. The property parking is located in Madrid Central (a low-emission area), and the only allowed vehicles are with ZERO, ECO, C, and B environmental labels. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
