They were extremely kind and professional while also being helpful. They had a good breakfast and everything was clean.

We were really excited to have a pool however the pool is down for maintenance to replace the heater so we were unable to do so. There was a note on the door saying we could still go enjoy the seating area and I tried however it was locked and I couldn’t even enjoy the seating. Also the laundry services were out of order. That did not impact my short stay however it could if the trip had been longer.

Nothing unique. Clean comfortable room. Well conditioned. Did run out of tissues in the bathroom. I would rent the same type of room again.

I would like really Thank All the staff for the way they conduct themselves and their kindness. I WOULD LIKE TO ESPECIALLY THANK MS. VERONICA OF THE FRONT DESK; FOR HER HELP & CONCERN IN HELPING ME PLAN MY "LONG DRIVE" BACK TO CLEVE. OH. ALONE AFTER MY DRIVING PARTNER DID NOT SHOW UP! SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME WITH MAP PLANNING AND INSTRUCTIONS SINCE I HAVE NEVER DRIVEN THAT FAR!!!
