Excellent service, cozy rooms

Good food, friendly, relaxed.

I’ve stayed here about a year ago. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was delicious

Cosy pub with lovely staff, bed was so comfy, pleasantly warm room (winter visit). Food was good. Good location for exploring Cotswolds . Excellent tea , coffee and homemade cookies in the room. A bottle of cold milk delivered each morning. Breakfast is 1 choice of several options , including hot and cold drinks.

Our bedroom was at the top of some steps outside. They had put chicken wire over them to stop you slipping, but it was quite dark at night climbing up them, could something a light especially when carrying luggage upstairs. Would love to see a Sunday roast on the evening menu on a Sunday!

Having laundry available would be a nice perk!

the room was extremely tired the white towels were grey the taps were missing the hot and cold discs- therefore collecting germs !! there was a crack in the sink the bath was filthy the white dressing gowns were old and grey the duvet had a hole in the duvet was polyester they only had one bottle of wine that we picked from the menu
