Washer needs to be cleaned. Couch refresh Toilet wouldn't flush

The place was easy to access, close to my work, clean and for the price paid got more than my money’s worth. The place was very cozy, clean and they even left some extra items like coffee, tea and clothes detergent for one wash. I liked the option to watch TV and it was great that Netflix was available and I didn’t have to sign into my own account.

The fact that there is a train right outside the window and it is loud. Luckily it doesn’t ride many times after midnight. Plus I was so exhausted after my workday that I didn’t even notice it anymore after the second night.

The neighborhood- the apt. space

One bedroom has not window and natural light and the second room has a big window but on the 2nd floor is close to the street and it is very noisy. Difficult to sleep. Same x the living room room.

It was a convenient location.

We recently stayed at Staycozy at The Frankford and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience overall. When we arrived, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues throughout the apartment. Multiple fixtures were broken, the pullout couch mattress had visible mould, and the floors were covered in a dusty residue that made the space feel poorly cleaned. To management’s credit, the issues we reported were addressed fairly quickly, but it was frustrating to spend part of our stay dealing with problems that should have been caught before check-in. We also found an empty laundry detergent box left behind in the apartment, which added to the impression that the unit had not been properly inspected between guests. And left us unable to do laundry until we went shopping. The worst part happened on our last morning, when the smoke detectors in our apartment suddenly started blaring for no apparent reason. The alarm continued for about five minutes, and there was no obvious way to turn it off or get immediate assistance. It appeared to only affect our unit, which made the situation even more confusing and stressful. While we appreciate that staff responded when issues were raised, we were really disappointed by the overall condition of the apartment and expected a much higher standard for the price and listing.
