It was lovely and staff was really nice

Nothing tbh

Everything, had dogs in rooms next door

Shower and bath room was ok tv was working ok

Bed wasn’t comfortable only one pillow could smell Mold and damp

The staff were lovely, very pleasant and great customer service

The corridors from the rooms to the main areas smelt very strongly of mould and damp. The whole place is very tired and worn and certainly needs a massive revamp. The carpets are filthy and worn and the marks and stains on the walls are terrible. I wouldn't return not even for the reasonable price as now I know why. This is no reflection on the staff just the property.

Check in process was so fast

It was very noisy, and it was hard to sleep.

Had four single beds

No customer service, given the keys and directions were given to locate the room. bed mattresses were smudged and can feel all the springs it. Bed frames were broken . Carpet were filthy , wet and humid. No toilet tissue.
