"It was the perfect venue from which to base ourselves for our Christmas break in Sussex and a very comfortable and welco"

Beautiful location very comfortable house and the owners had gone to the trouble of making us very welcome upon arrival by having the heating on a couple of lights on and a couple of lovely gifts of wine and biscuits and mince pies.

The only issue we had was with the operation of the television in each room. they had a hue max recordable system which complicated watching normal television and the person is not interested in recording programs we found it frustrating not being able to access normal television swiftly. This is obviously a minor niggle as we didn’t spend much time watching television.

Lovely location and within walking distance. Some lovely places to visit and great pubs.

Limited supplies, not even salt and pepper. Had to eat out as would of been so expensive to buy ingredients. Just a bit more thought. I work away a lot and never come across nothing left. Also it's a bit of a cheek asking us to beoutat 10 and then asking us to strip beds, disinfectant all tops. What's that all about.

clean, modern everything you needed

it was very close to the A27 which meant you had a lot of road noise and lots of sirens 😬
