Location and cleanliness - prompt reply’s from the lady contact and she did arrange a plumber / heating engineer to attend

The hot water boiler kept cutting out - the mattresses were very hard - sink in the bathroom was virtually blocked - toilet in family bathroom took forever to flush toilet paper design fault - the cooking utensils, etc. were very limited - knives and forks where cheap and rusty - There were workmen banging at 7.30 am for 4 of the 6 days we were there

Location. Apartment met was very roomy.

The major problem was that the fridge was barely working, and the freezer was not working, at all, a huge issue for us. They knew this before we are arrived, and we were promised it would be fixed right away. The next day I asked about the fridge, Luigi responded that a technician was arrive at 2:30 that day, which was perfect as we were going to out the entire day anyway. When I asked later that same day about the fridge, he responded it’s broke, but a new one was on it’s way, but then he said it was fixed ?? When we returned later that day, the fridge was still warm, and the freezer was not working at all, still. I’m quite sure he did nothing. When I asked for an update, he said he’d compensate us for having no fridge, or we could leave. I’m not making this up, I have a copy of the entire conversation. That issue just compounded these issues - 1 bedroom was a sofa bed, a very uncomfortable sofa bed (who puts a sofa bed in a bedroom ?). Canopy was broke, but fixed after I mentioned it. We had a neighbour complain about the washing machine being to, he banged on our door at 10pm and said the owner of our apartment sent him to check out the noise (I’m not making this up).

No hot water one morning. It was fixed by evening. Very noisy street.

The location and the house is very pretty

The apartment was really lovely, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and contained everything we could need. It was very convenient for the centre and for transport out of and around Sorrento. Luisa was very helpful and so kind to us. We highly recommend this wonderful accommodation.

The noise from the busy road, so perhaps double glazing would be a helpful addition to this amazing property.

Big apartment in a central location. All amenities including washing machine and dishwasher. Air conditioning in every room.

The tv didn’t work. I messaged the host many times who promised to send someone to fix it but they didn’t come. The shower head was broken and the shower would clog up. The toilet would not flush all the time. The second bathroom doesn’t have a shower. The apartment sit on top of a petrol station so the fumes of petrol are very strong in the evening.
