PHIt was very convenient. The room was very nicely done and proportioned. The bed was comfortable.The neat and beautiful kitchen has got most of the essentials for those who want to prepare their own meals. And I like the breakfast bar!
Not so much as don't like but more like recommendation/suggestions. It would be even more good if the towels were thicker and looking new. Also, it would make sense if there is a full glass enclosure with the shower cubicle so the bathroom floor will not get soaking wet from water splashes when showering.

Do not stay here. Condo was not as advertised. When we walked in, it smelled like urine and there were various stains on the couch, sheets, towels, and pillows. We suspect the bed sheets were not washed because there was hair all over them. Condo wasn’t anything like the pictures. Many German cockroaches and shower curtain has mildew.
PH- Design of the room - Ambient lighting - Television works well - It had a free gallon of water - Reliable internet - It had all the necessities like soap, shampoo, dishwasher, slippers, etc.
WiFi not working Didn’t meet my expectations
PHI love the location and the owner or maybe manager of the flat was very responsive. However, my stay was not comfortable because the glasses were not clean; the pillows tho the cover were newly washed, was still smelling of sweat; and to top it all, I had to take a cold shower because the heater was broke.
PHguarded property met my expectations with the provided photos. nice pools, i reached out to the expedia whatsapp number a few days prior to check in.They stated just go to reception and show my id. i was under the impression check in desk would be aware of my Expedia reservation. That's not the case since these are agent owned. i had the correct property, but since there are 5 different towers i wasn't sure if i was in the right tower. receptionist couldn't help. thankfully i was able to reach the agent on whatsapp for the correct tower and room number. i head to the correct tower show my ID and check in and they hand me a lockbox.I have no idea what the code for the lockbox is. that's another piece of information the agent didn't provide prior. reached out again over WhatsApp and received the lockbox code. Check in process could have gone smoother if they had provided the tower/room# and lock box code prior to check in, not to wait till the last minute. headed to the room, but it was still getting cleaned at 4pm. found a few roaches in the cupboards but i was able to kill them. Bathroom toilet was broken, it wouldn't flush. Checked the sink and shower they both have water. i turned the water supply on for the toilet and the bidet has a bad leak. ok, so we can't use the toilet? i head to reception, they send a guy up, he said its broke. yeah i already knew this, do you expect the renter to fix it ? i reach out to the agent, no answer, they never fixed it.
