la struttura è datata presenta odore di muffa, la casa non è ben pulita, gli asciugamani non presentavano un buon odore, all'esterno era pieno di zanzare

Din punct de vedere geografic, Locația este extraordinară dacă ai mașină! Altfel, nu recomand.

Întreaga încăpere a fost foarte murdară, începând de la băi, obiecte sanitare vechi și stricate, pardoseli murdare , pereți murdari și îmbâcsiți, mobila uzată și din diferite timpuri (parcă ceea ce nu ai nevoie acasa sau adunate de pe cine știe unde le-a adus aici). Mirosul imposibil de suportat, este miros de statut, praf și neaerisit, îmbâcsit. Necesită renovare majoră, pereți și absolut fiecare centimetru pe care îl privești de jur împrejur, sunt reparații locale făcute însă superficiale. Urme clare de infiltratii și egrasie( miros de mucegai) În dulapuri se regăsesc lucruri personale, ale fostei gazde probabil. Curtea plină de țânțari și alte insecte deoarece, este murdară și plină de gunoaie menajere și nu numai de mai mult timp, este inaccesibilă. Piscină nu poate fi folosită, este piscina comună și practic regulile celorlalți locatari, invită turiștii pe poartă afară.

The host is very accommodating and helpful when it comes to any arising problems. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Sorrento.

The view from the terrace was amazing! Kids loved the pool.

While the view from the terrace was impressive and the pool was an added bonus (which, by the way, has a pay-per-entry fee), the rest of our stay was quite disappointing. The address provided on the Booking.com app was incorrect, leading us to spend 30 minutes driving around while waiting for the host to return our call. Although 30 minutes might not seem long, being in an unfamiliar country with a booking through an online site made us anxious, fearing we’d been misled and might have to find alternative accommodations. There was no onsite parking, so we had to park outside the gated property and endure a steep uphill walk to the property as its the last house in the community. The house itself was not clean; the floors were dusty, and with the outside temperature at close to 40°C, it was uncomfortably hot. The main floor does not have air conditioning, and when we requested a fan, the host made a dismissive comment, only providing one the next day after further complaints. The kitchen utensils appeared to have been inadequately cleaned and required re-washing. One of the two bathrooms upstairs seemed to have plumbing issues, as the host mentioned at check-in that “the bathroom is fixed now”, almost making it seem like he had done us a favor. The electrical system seemed outdated; my cousins from the UK noted that the three-pin system was very old, and unplugging anything often resulted in the entire socket coming loose. Additionally, the TV wasn’t working, and the host blamed the previous renters. The washing machine was not properly set up to drain outside, requiring us to place the hose in the sink—something that wasn’t explained to us. Pool usage fees were listed as 3 Euros per adult and 2 Euros per child, but the host initially quoted us 5 Euros per person and dismissed it as a mistake when we questioned it.

Lovely, peaceful location just a short drive or 25-minute walk from Sorrento centre. Great swimming pool. Angelo was a very friendly host. Perfect for a family stay x

Amazing views and very spacious. Lovely welcoming hosts. Pool was a bonus.

Location was a little far from Sorento town but once we got used to the bus routes it was very easy to get around.

The fresh fruit trees. The roof top view was great! Very authentic Italian Sorrento Country.
