Me realizaron doble cobro, he mandado mensajes… ya que se cobró en mi tarjeta al reservar y aparte le cobraron a mi esposo en físico durante su estancia y solo fue una noche. Tenemos doble el cobro, y no me han podido resolver. Eso me molesta bastante, no se están haciendo responsables

El personal da buena atención Fuimos en familia para trámites de visa y el hotel queda a media cuadra del CAS Muy limpio el unico detalles que no me gusto hay mucho ruido principalmente en las tuberías del agua escuchas cada que utilizan el baño los demás huespedes
Good hotel, quite a walk from the centre and the area around it is not very nice specially at night. Room was clean but noise fron the next room leaks through the connecting doors. The staff was not as nice as they could be but not rude either. I would consider somewhere closer to Macroplaza if you plan on walking most of your trip; if you have a car for your trip then this hotel is good since it has onsite parking.
