Appartement spacieux et bien situé.

Une partie de l’appartement donne sur une rue passante qui s’avère bruyante. Par ailleurs l’immeuble se situe sous le couloir aérien des avions qui décollent de l’aéroport de Lisbonne, le trafic est dense d’environ 4h30 à minuit. Les baies vitrées et volets coulissants sont très difficiles à manœuvrer, voire bloqués. Une remise en état nous semble indispensable.

Excellent beautiful home from home, everything and more you could ever need, the apartment was stunning and clean. I didn’t want to leave, could live there! Exceeded my expectations. Beds comfortable, showers hot, the outdoor terrace were lovely and spacious. Absolutely loved this place! I loved the stairs upto the duplex. I’ve already recommended this place to family who are also going to be visiting Lisbon! The area is so nice and peaceful.

The downstairs bathroom smelt like stale urine, not sure if it was the drains, I did mop and it didn’t help. So we shut the door and used the other bathroom for our stay.

Horrible couch on the top level - it should be replaced due to the huge whole in the middle and squeeking sound it causes Leaking shower cabin and rotting wooden door frame We received the wet sheet It wasn't really well cleaned It is nice apartment, but neglexted. The photos show the conditions of how it was probably 10 years ago
