A beautiful property for adults only. The rooms are very comfortable, the gardens lovely and you can easily walk into the town if you wish.

Friendly, relaxing atmosphere, very comfy room & nice bed. Having an EV charger was a great bonus capable of 5.4kw

Excellent accommodation - great room (generously sized), well-located just outside the centre of Bright, and very personable hosts.

The room is clean with offerings of bath robe (not used), slippers and toiletries. A quiet place, hence why the rules are very strict on quiet hours, not bringing children in, no pets, no smoking, no cooking of any form allowed in the guest room, no paid breakfast without providing a filled yellow slip. We have picked this accommodation on a short notice, due to close proximity to a group of friends located nearby. We did not mind the location - 1.9 km from the city centre, as we were travelling by car. .

Rules and reminders - even though we have received 2 previous emails, the rules and reminders were reinforced on check in, making an impression of a very controlled environment. Breakfast - We had few misunderstandings of how the breakfast rule works. May I suggest for those that have paid for Continental breakfast to be exempt for the yellow slip rule, as the breakfast has to be ready irrespective if you intend to have it or not. For us this was a let down, as we have initially been denied the paid breakfast and entry in the meals area, because of the yellow slip rule. Room light / privacy - our room was not as light filled as we had liked, but manageable. Privacy can be an issue when you slide the curtain, so adding sun shade blinds will improve it. Bathroom - a frameless shower screen instead of curtain, a window blind and a wall toilet paper holder, rather than a floor one, will line up with the level of expectation demanded by the room cost. Other things that can be improved - Property signage, WiFi by freely offering the commercial option to guests, disclosure of the wall installed smart AC controller behind TV, daily sweets deliveries to be agreed upon at check in.
