"温泉付きホテルなのに"

温泉があるホテルということでここに決めたのですが、男女合わせて一つしか設置されていない為入換制で、到着時刻は男性の時間。その日は温泉に入ることができませんでした。 旅の疲れを癒そうとしたのですがショックでさらに疲れた気分でした。 枕も自由に借りることができるのですが、全て貸し出しされていて使うこともできずサービス的には不満だらけでした

喫煙室しか空いていなかったため仕方がないが、ベッドで横になると、下から（マットレス？）タバコの臭いが上がってきて、寝苦しかった。

部屋のエアコンが不調だと伝えた所、すぐに対処してもらい違う部屋を用意していただきました。朝食バイキングも満足でした。 また利用したいと思います。
