"Exceptional"

Das Zleep Hotel ist hervorragend geeignet für einen Kopenhagen-Trip. Das Hotel ist nagelneu und daher auch technisch auf höchstem Niveau! Die Familiensuite ist ausreichend groß für uns mit 3 Erwachsenen (Eltern 17-jährige Tochter) gewesen. Ausstattung top, selbst ein kleines Frühstück/Essen zuzubereiten ist kein Problem. Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr fussläufig ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar, 40 Minuten ab Hotel bis in die City. Supermarkt ebenso 5 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 20 Minuten bis zum Strand! Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass man von der Autobahn nichts hört (Fenster zu!), Klimaanlage ist bestens! Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder! Preis-Leistung hervorragend!

"Gutes Hotel für eine Nacht "

Das Hotel ist eine gute Alternative für eine Nacht. Sauber und wenn man die Fenster geschlossen hält gibt es auch keine störenden Geräusche die in der Nacht stören. Leider funktionierte der Abzug im Badezimmer nicht.

"Crazy issue "

Tried to use the washing machine it flooded on the first floor then I was told to go use the fifth floor washing machine that one flooded as well. I have a ruined bathing suit as well as a ruined shirt. I would like some sort of compensation. I have pictures. I don’t see where I can upload these pictures. The staff then had to go do my laundry laundry in the staff laundry. It took six hours to get it back. The staff was amazing with the help, but the washing machine situation never should’ve happened. Oh and I added a picture of the pillow with the stain on it that was left for me to use obviously, it hasn’t been washed. Look at all the wrinkles.
