They are asking for extra charges at check out, because we arrived early. Why not charge us when we arrived?

Dirty Bedsheets, Not at all support from Staff, Water was given after 10 hours. Very early morning So much of noise was coming out from the Diesel autos downstairs that one can not sleep after 4.00 am. Worst experience of life.

The location of Hotel Sunrise is quite convenient for exploring Kanyakumari, and the staff was polite and responsive when approached. It has potential to be a good budget stay with a few improvements.

The cleanliness of the room needs serious attention, as it was not up to expectations. The bedsheets provided had large holes, and there were cockroaches spotted in several areas. Part of the window was broken, and unfortunately, there were no breakfast or food options available at the hotel. Enhancing room hygiene and adding basic amenities would significantly improve the guest experience.
