S'Abba seafront apartments - Your House in Sardinia

Great view and location.

Parking was a bit of an issue. People parked in the spot reserved for us which was a bit of a walk from the unit we rented.

The property has an amazing view looking out to the water, beautiful terrace, large living and dining area.

After hour self checkin was a bit challenging. But other than that then apartment was fantastic, we would recommend it.

1 bed was very soft and worn in smaller bedroom, fuse would blow if oven used, confusing recycle/garbage instructions, likely due to language, entry instruction not clear which unit, no # given

So this location was expensive, beyond our usual range. But it did not disappoint. Everything is as described and can be seen in the pictures. The terrasse provides a great view on the sea. The swim pool is quite large and was never crowded during our stay. There are beaches within walking distance (the closest is 50m away from the swimming pool, others are 250m away). The furnitures in the apartment are of good quality and we found all the equipment needed for cooking. It was a fantastic stay, our kids loved it.

There is a beautiful view from the large balcony and the apartment was clean. The property grounds are well kept with gorgeous plantings. The air conditioning worked very well making the temperature perfect for sleeping and closing the shudders made the bedrooms nice and dark. Golfo Aranci has great restaurants and White Beach is beautiful! Its also located close to many other beautiful beaches and towns so we were able to easily explore the east coast of Sardinia from there.

There was a very strong peppermint scent in one of the bedrooms when we arrived and an oily feel to the sheet as if a bottle of peppermint oil had been spilled. It was so strong that we slept on the couch for the night (we arrived late in the evening) until we could get new sheets. The host was very responsive and dropped off new sheets the following day when we informed them of the issue Secondly, i wish we’d received the video giving us information about how to find and enter the rental earlier. We had already began our trip when it was sent and so we were trying to find the information needed to find the apartment and how to get in when we arrived on site. It was dark out so it was a bit difficult to find the place. We ended up messaging the host for help and they responded quickly and directed us so it turned out fine.
