Louisville Dream House 4BR 2BA by Cozysuites

This place is terrible! There was a power line and downed trees in front of the front door. Wild animals entering the property. Contacted the property owners via text which was their preferred method and after I sent them pics, they stopped communicating. Had to contact Hotels.com to reach out to them and finally they responded to them. After 4.5 hours after our check-in time, at 9pm, did they find a “solution”. I had to find additional accommodations as I have children and it was late after spending 5 hours outside in my car waiting for someone to respond. They deemed the property safe according to their standards and offered me a small refund. The electrical hazard was a split electrical hazardous wire that was coming from the roof. There was downed trees in front of the front gate. There were also animals entering the property through a hole they had chewed. Not to mention this property is located directly in a really bad neighborhood. Homeless, trash, mattresses and graffiti everywhere. The communication is terrible and they will state over and over that their property is safe. If you have any sense, and want to get your monies worth, safe yourself the hassle because it was a nightmare. They rent other properties, so beware.

Nicely decorated, flooring is uneven, shallow stairs to 2nd floor 2 bedrooms that seniors may not feel comfortable with. Oven didn’t work the 4 days we stayed, was told a repair person would be there to fix on 2nd day, don’t believe they came as f9 error code remained. Ant bait liquid and dead ants on kitchen counter. Microwave oven was filthy. Both bathrooms on main floor. Overflowing trash bins in back yard. Yards are not maintained, tall grass and trash etc. Someone was kind enough to turn on porch light for us as we arrived after dark which I am grateful for.
