I like the location and that’s all.

I did’nt like the fact that this property has only one fan, there was no much air coming inside the rooms. The bathroom shower was block. We were charge for cleaning but they never attended. The management was very rude over the phone and was very insultive. The checkout was not really clear as we saw that checkout is 10:30 Night. A girl came in and was very rude asking us to leave now, saying that their is someone waiting outside to move in, very poor customer service. They made you to make a deposit of £150 before your arrival and they stated at booking.com that deposit will be made on your arrival. There was no one to show you what has been damage or not at the property, but there will be someone that will come and tell you what you have damage and charge you for what you did not damage. I will never use this apartment in the future and I will not recommend it to anyone. It takes them 5 days to refund your deposit.

The location is great for the pleasure beach and Wetherspoons. We stayed an extra night after asking via text message which was very straight forward. The double bed was super comfortable and the sofa bed was huge.

There was no tea, only coffee and sugar and we were told that there was none available until the following Tuesday. We had to ask for hand soap for the bathroom and there wasn’t enough toilet roll for the first night so we had to buy more when we bought the tea bags.

The photos and the descriptions are totally different from the reality.

location for swimming ,pleasure beach , trams and beach

a few little things that need addressing, Dripping and loose hot tap. Knives & forks were as useless as plastic ones. Heating and hot water didn’t work in a morning and you had to try and contact someone which was never available. Cleaning could be done better Curtains up at the windows as light shining through. Lamp in the front room and bedrooms needed.
