The only problem for me the master bedroom on the first floor needs a new toilet, I had to plunge it after each use. I also didn’t like that there was no blinds at the patio doors so you can see in the house all night. The pool was a little dirty field with bugs, that could of been a little cleaner. Other than that we loved the home. My stay was 5/3-5/8/23. I rated a 4 because of this things. I loved the fact we got to enjoy the water park for free with our stay. It’s was in walking distance and my family loved that. Thank you!

I love the set up of the property. Everything you need is within 5-10 minutes. I like the special touches added with the lotions, body wash, etc.

The WiFi information was not posted in a visible location and many of my guests could not use their phones in the house due to signal issues.

staff was friendly and helpful

the first 3 days of our 5 day stay we had a pool that didn’t work properly . it was not tested and the pumps on pool didn’t work. The king size bedroom downstairs was broken . The air didn’t work in downstairs queen bedroom
