Красивый двор, очень приятный и дружелюбный персонал. Очень близко к морю, бесплатная парковка у входа на вилу.

Очень часто были проблемы с санузлом, на балкон не выйти так как там дует горячий кондиционер, завтраки были не понятны, каждый день одно и тоже, очень маленький выбор, а порой и совсем маленький(.

Disponibilità di tutto lo staff per consigliarci i posti da visitare nella zona, cordialità, punto barbecue nel giardino per festeggiare il mio compleanno, vista panoramica dal giardino direttamente sul mare, pianoforte in casa utilizzato spesso dalla mia figlia, colazione al top ogni mattino, messa a disposizione delle bottigliette acqua in frigo per le uscite, pulizia e cambio biancheria in camera ogni 3 giorni. Grazie mille Daniela, Simonetta, Gianfranco, Martina, ci siete dati da fare per permetterci di trascorrere in Famiglia una vacanza meravigliosa. Grazie del cuore e ci vediamo prossimo. Sylvain

Connessione internet un pochino lenta in tutta la zona di Civitalvecchia. Ma non è un punto negativo anzi, meglio trascorrere le vacanze senza internet.

Great location for quiet. Host was very kind and offered many suggestions

Beautiful house, very clean, comfortable bed, the owner is very nice and friendly lady.

Our host was very helpful. He had his TV on quite loud when we arrived and he turned it off while we were there. He directed us to a place for lunch as well as dinner. Both were excellent choices. As a bonus, we were able to book the shuttle to the cruise port at the hotel where we had dinner, which was only 3 doors up the hill.

We enjoyed the breakfast, however, we are used to the eggs and bacon style.

Exceptional staff

Not a wonderful neighborhood. Adjacent main street trashy - probably a civic thing.
