Beautiful hotel, really clean, the breakfast is delicious and has a really nice range of options. Great location too, staff are friendly, all round really pleased!

Nothing, had a lovely time

The hotel is a custom fit original building, perfectly placed on a square in the heart of down town. We could not fault the location with great access to public transport, the famous 'tram 28', and a short walk to virtually anything and everything you want to see in the city. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom was amazing, the views are excellent, and the breakfast is impeccable.

We were on the 3rd floor, so it was not so bad, but I imagine if you stayed higher in the property (level 4 or 5) you would find that the lift is painfully slow. The complaints about noise are unjust - the windows are large, new, triple glazed windows, no noise travels through them at all, and the building is very well insulated.

Wow! What a fantastic hotel. We loved the excellent location right on a busy square but the doors shut out the noise completely (except for the rumble of the tram that didn’t bother us at all). Restaurants and bars surround the hotel and everything of interest to us was within walking distance. The room was spacious and the staff friendly & helpful. Nice breakfast too.

Wonderful bedroom with a beautiful view and an extremely comfortable bed. Just what you need a hotel to be! The staff is also very nice ♥️

O hotel tem um ar de casarão antigo. Muito charmoso . Bem decorado . Cada cantinho tem um detalhe bem pensado. O café da manhã é muito bom. Ficamos em dois quartos diferentes na mesma estadia , ambos lindos.

Da decoração e clima do hotel. A localização também é maravilhosa.
