O hotel é muito bom!! Ótimas roupas de camas, equipe prestativa e simpática, café da manhã ótimo e a localização maravilhosa.

Achei o quarto que ficamos muito pequeno.

The location is perfect for exploring the city, as it is in the historical center. Breakfast was excellent, with a diverse selection of options. The staff were hospitable and professional. Overall, it was a great experience.

The location is good and central, great bakeries beside the hotel, you can hop on the tram right outside.

Beware of the advertisements for “river view” rooms, only the very top floor has a view but they lump similar size and layout rooms into that category. I paid for a room with a balcony, square view, and river view, I was put on the first floor with zero view and was told “well yes the river is that way and you can see it higher up but because you are on the first floor you will not see it but it is there” the staff said the next day I would be contacted about a discount/compensation due to this type of booking costing much more, and then I was ghosted. The location is the only good thing about this hotel, the rooms are small, the beds are uncomfortable, there is no fridge in the room.

O melhor hotel que nos hospedamos durante nossa viagem pela Europa. Localização excelente, perto de restaurantes, bares e ao lado da estação de metrô. O hotel é lindo, limpo, quartos confortáveis, funcionários prestativos e muito simpáticos. O café da manhã é delicioso e com muita variedade.

Great decoration. Every floor and room are different. Very good breakfast with piano improvisation. Our receptionist was singing, it was incredible benefit.
