Clean and quiet

We came very late into the place, but we were able to check in no problem and the room was ventilated when we got in. The parking spot was right in front of the door, so unpacking was quite easy. Location was relatively good for an early start in San Francisco, considering the price.

The place had an internet connection, but we were not provided with the password. We were not able to find it anywhere on the walls or with the access cards. The fridge that was there was off and when we opened it, it was dirty and the regulator inside broken off. Also the walls were empty and the way furniture was set up looked like it was half way through someone moving the place out.

I knew what I was getting when I paid for a cheap hotel and I got it. I don't know what else to say other than it was fine.

The bed was fairly comfortable. We just had to use our own blankets above and below us and our own pillows (the bedding was filthy). But I digress. The parking was good. The building itself was cute from the outside. I really liked the layout, which was courtyard style.

The first thing we were greeted with signs in the lobby that said "No Refund no matter what." Then there was a sign that said "absolutely no cooking," yet other reviews talked about kitchenettes. Stains on the walls, on the sheets felt grubby to the touch.We had 2 rooms, the one that m6 sons were in actually had a little fridge and a microwave, but they were unplugged and filthy inside. Each room has open windows that were off the track so we had to fight with them to close them.

Decent parking and area. Room was decent. Lacked ample electrical sockets, the fridge was filthy, and the non-smoking room smelled of smoke.
