Really friendly staff

Remote control was missing for tv and no kettle in room. Great staff fixed it up though

Location Staff

Cold shower in the morning No remote for TV and no remote for aircon The room was freezing When asked about it, male staff member was going to bring extra blanket He never did.

It was convenient to the location needed for the train. It had a restaurant and bar. The room itself ended up being quaint and more than I expected at first by looks. Staff was more than helpful and super pleasant. The rooms had a complete entry system so it felt secure.

All the doors in that place slam so loud you can't sleep, there were roaches. The shared showers had no place to put your clothes you were changing in. The bed had dips in both sides of the bed and you could feel the springs and it was rather dirty.

"It was horrible. Aircon not working. Window didn't lock. Staff were not very nice."

I didn't get breakfast. Location was good but hotel itself, terrible.

My window didn't lock, someone entered my room. Room 15. Staff were pretty bad.
