Todo es hermoso y la atención ESPECTACULAR

Mal desde la llegada éramos una pareja y solo nos ofrecieron una copa de bienvenida y después nos dijo la señorita que fue por que no pudo quitar el corcho de la botella ; en un viñedo ? Alguien que no sepa quitar un corcho ? Algo ilógico ; y después nos dijeron nos la iban a dar y al hacer check out nos indicaron que no que por que solo la dan a la bienvenida . La señorita de recepción con un Criterio muy ilógico ; ya que nos quedamos sin agua caliente en la regadera y dijo ah es que ustedes me pusieron agua caliente y por eso se apaga el boiler por que solo aguanta agua tibia 😂. Desayuno el primer día con chilaquiles pasados . E inclusive en el café del cuarto solo una cápsula aunque éramos dos huéspedes .el tema del paseo por los viñedos la verdad no valía la pena y por eso lo tomamos en otros viñedos de mejor calidad .

El hotel ,son magníficas las cabañitas cuidando hasta el último detalle , la terraza acogedora, la cama mas deliciosa esponjosa, y la lavanda perfuma delicadamente todo! El restaurante 10 de 10 , todooo delicioso y buena porción! Todo bello, pensando en regresar pronto!!

The casitas in the Vineyards are unique and an excellent escape. The staff was very attentive. We will definitely return.

We stayed here for a special occasion, my husbands birthday. It is a beautiful setting and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it. We will be back.

I hesitate to share how perfect our stay was because it's one of those experiences you almost want to keep a secret. When I booked this hotel, I kept going back to the listing to look at pictures because I almost couldn't believe it was real. I'm here to tell you Tres Raíces is real and it's truly little slice of heaven in central Mexico, about 30 minutes outside of San Miguel de Allende. Me and my husband spent three nights here and could not have been more pleased with the property, the staff, and the food at the restaurant onsite. If you're looking for a picturesque place to disconnect, this is the place to do it.
