Beautiful, modern, great restaurant, wonderful staff

Casa Palo verde is set just outside the downtown area. It’s the nicest motel I’ve stayed at in Cabo. The property is very secure and very well maintained. Everything is within walking distance. There is a great restaurant right across the street.

I liked that it was possible to park in the garage.

I did not sleep due to the noise. There was some sort of party with very loud music that stopped at 6:00 a.m. In addition there were firecrackers ... bomb like explosions ... incessant dog barking ... humans yelling and shouting ... someone using a megaphone to incite more yelling ... LOUD music and cars honking. It was horrible. Front office staff simple said it was not their fault and did not even offer an apology. I left early. Had to make a long distance call to booking to have the remainder of my stay cancelled since hotel would not do so. That call cost $75.

Clean, modern, bright, spacious rooms. Secure parking inside the premises. Easy walk to the waterfront area. Good value for money.

Safe, clean, spacious, restaurant across the road, OXXO a half block away. Lovely courtyard with free WiFi. Everything works. Extremely helpful and attentive staff.

Pool was not heated

Amazing stay! The entire property was extremely clean and well maintained. If you are looking to stay away from the louder ‘party zones of Cabo’, but still want to be in walkable distance to that and the marina, this is the spot. The entire staff, especially Jose went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and ensure we had the best stay. Very attentive, highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

It has full kitchen appliances and a big space for kitchen/dining room.

The bathroom door is hard to slide and sometimes the door's wheels come off the rail causing the door to fall off.
