Place was great!

The water could have gotten hotter but this is pretty typical for Mexico so I wasn’t to upset.

Lots of space in the place. We found the staff to be wonderful, very helpful. Secure parking which is also great if you have a vehicle. Fresh drinking water on site, so no need to run to the store for more.

The room was a bit tired. The floors have seen a lot of wear. The bathroom vanity was as pictured, but needed to be replaced.

Had a wonderful time. Had a problem in room 106. They moved us the very next day to a very quiet room.

Walking distance from the marina & the médano beach.The room was clean & helpful staff. The only down for us was the noise filtered in the rooms. The had earplugs but the music in the street in the early morning was so loud

Welcoming service. Rooms require a walk up steps and staff offered luggage help. The facility was well maintained. Parking spaces are within the main building, but gaining entry to them is cumbersome.

Location is somewhat remote from any significant local businesses, i.e. restaurants, bars, etc.

Rosendo & Jose are exceptional hosts! Beautiful property, very clean, comfortable firm beds, lots of hot water, superior quality pillows and towels, keyless entry, and spacious rooms. No problems.

The price is a little high but I got a good last minute member discount from Booking

The staff is very cordial and helpful, especially Jose. Good value for the price, but the big caveat: The music venue next store was incredibly loud every night until midnight or later.
