Sunrise Village by ALBVR

When we arrived there were no sheets, towels toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags. The management did get there promptly and rectified the problem. The air vents were dirty, chairs were broken, and we never got WiFi.

Very poorly equipped kitchen. Need painting badly, bedding just old , sofa and chair needed to be trashed. They are filthy. I booked for 4 people and the dining room table had 2 chairs. I called and complained and was put in a much nicer place. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone but maybe college boys who wouldn’t care

Over all stay was fabulous. I had sent an email but received no respinse but over all it was ok. We did "reclean" the apartment/condo we stayed in, because it was not thoroughly cleaned, not to out liking anyway, but the location was great, price was great, and we enjoyed our Spring Break. We would rent again, I do recommend calling instead of emailing if theres questions/concerns.

It needs new furniture and a thorough cleaning. On the balcony we could enjoy seeing and listening to the ocean. New kitchen appliances were nice. Corners need cleaning.

The building is a little dated needs some tlc on the decks and balconies.

The location is great, just on the beach, and the sea is beautiful. The sleeping rooms were a bit small. In one room the smell of mold was strong and in the other the bed was broken and not able to sleep.
