please avoid this hotel refusing to give me my money back after it states that won't get charged for the cancellation fee, no wonder this hotel got bad reviews, i got proof as well "Cancellation waived, opt-in by property (Grace Period)."no wonder this hotel is bad

Avoid at all costs!! would not bother wasting time booking at this hotel the car park is an absolute joke, hardly any space at all with junkies and hotel staff smoking weed in the car park the staff are very impatient and rude the room is poor and the bathroom smells horrid broken blinds affecting privacy of the room aswell with many windows being able to see in needs a very good refurbishment as looks nothing like the pictures at all honestly it’s worth just spending the extra few quid and getting a proper hotel room

Just completely terrible experience Manky, filthy, rotten, unhygienic. We spent the whole night terrified whilst listening to women screaming and running up and down the stairs. This is not a hotel, it is a cesspit with the scum of earth living in it. Left as soon as we could and lost money on our second nights stay. It should be closed down .

Dirty. Unhygienic. Mould. Mattresses spring poking through. Left to clean up at a friends house a few miles away. Smells. Grubby handles. The reception area looked like something out of out the movie Psycho. Reg, the receptionist was nice.
