Chris was great from the first moment I booked until I checked out. We were there for our anniversary and he helped me prepare some nice surprises for my wife as well! He even helped me with my transportation from and to the airport. We were there for 2 nights but it felt like it was 2 weeks. The room is very clean and new, the whole building and experience is "smart", e-checkin, code to enter the house/hotel, pre-order of breakfast (online as well), implicit online instructions (by email) on how to access the room the first day of arrival, facilities that help you cook or prepare your breakfast (everything in excellent condition), written guidelines on how to operate the room!! Room is very close to the port of Adamas, walking distance of 10-15min. Beach in front of the room is not the nicest on the island (close to the port) but it is enough for a quick swim.

Only negative comment (if there is such...) is the fact that during high season (mid July to mid Aug) it might be difficult to park outside the hotel in case of car rental. A far 2nd would be the late checkin time, it is @15:00...but I am sure that if you are coming from far away and you have a lot of luggage Chris will definitely find a solution for you...we just went to Plathiena beach and enjoyed the sun and the sea until it was time to checkin..

Owner was very communicative every step of the way with email and WhatsApp which was very helpful with checking in and checking out. In addition, the owner helped with taxi and with our bags when are ferry was delayed. I would recommend and stay at this property again.

Location but it looks like the area is somewhat in development on the end we were at. Owner can’t control that and won’t hold it against him. The area will be beautiful when it’s done.

"Quiet retreat on Milos"

We were really impressed with the fully stocked fridge of breakfast options (which were able to select previously).

It was a little bit further away from the port than we expected requiring a short walk with bags
