When booking I didn’t realize I booked a room through a private owner. Room smelled stale, paint chipping off the walls, holes in the doors, carpet wasn’t vacuumed, bed linens were stained, air conditioner vents covered in dust. Will definitely be booking through the property next time.

I think that if the hotel is booked through the hotel itself there are no problems but having a third party renting the hotel is the worst because you don't have access to anything yet you can't even buy Starbucks because you are staying with a different company than the hotel. Please don't book with them because you will regret it just like we did. It was a nightmare vacation we had.

Why do they bring in third-party companies to also rent rooms in this hotel? They put too many restrictions on them and those who stay with the companies can't buy anything inside the hotel.

Location was awesome The view from the balcony was amazing.

I just had knee surgery and was hoping to have the fitness center, restaurant, breakfast all in one place. Could not purchase food, buy from the gift shop, buy a drink, or access anything but the pools. Very unhappy that I had to leave the hotel that had everything for us to enjoy a short getaway. Took several trys to get the code to work. Then we had no access key. Went to the front desk and they couldn't help. Found the number to call in the fridge. Then had a code sent by email to get into the lock box for the pass key. After finally getting everything in the room after many trips trying to get up the elevator, I found a key left on the table in the living area on 2 pool towels. Real smart. Would have been less to book straight through the hotel and have all amenities that we were not told we're not available.

The room was clean, with clean sheets and bedding. The art work was cute, and better than when we stayed in a sister room through the resourt. The carpet was cleaner too, and there were better deck chairs.

there was a multy step process to get to the room. I only thought there was going to be a door key code. But when i got there, i found out i needed a code to get the elevator key out of the lock box. So i had to call because the emails are confusing and all the information wasnt in one place. Then there was only one key, so me and my husband couldnt split up during the trip. Then we got up to the door and it took several tries to sort that out. We were not allowed to use any facilities at the resourt except for wifi and the pool. Our tv only had 2 channels.

Nothing. Wont use Booking .com again now that they deal with third parties vs HOA drama.

Horrible room as it was owned by a third party. Bed was dirty. Floors and couches stained and dirty. Carpet smelled. Had to have orkin man spray for roaches. Third party rental company Coast Line Beach Rentals was pretty much a scam. Very confusing confirmation process. Received multiple emails with a large amount of fine print explaining all facilities amenities are off limits.
