Fuji Yamanakako Resort Hotel

部屋の異臭(下水臭)が、問題であった。 部屋と水回りが襖一枚で遮られている

客室内に鏡がなく又照明も少ないので女性は化粧がしにくい。大浴場は大というほど広くなく湯船の底が少しヌルヌルしていた、最悪なのは湯温が低く浸かっていると寒くなって風邪をひいてしまった。ロケーションは最高、従業員の接客も良かったのでとても残念でした。

Overall, our one-night stay at the hotel had mixed experiences. The unpleasant odor in the bathroom, torn shoji sliding door, and damaged front door were notable drawbacks. The public bath's sand-like texture and dim lighting didn't enhance the experience. The food, while so-so, left breakfast unsatisfying due to the lack of warmth. On a positive note, the view of Mt. Fuji from our room was spectacular. However, the absence of an elevator proved inconvenient, especially with heavy luggage and kids. We hope the management addresses these issues, particularly the unpleasant smell, for an improved guest experience in the future.

The location of the resort was ideal. The view of Lake Yamanakako and Mt Fuji are beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and dinner were wonderfully presented and delicious.

The view was good from our bedroom, but the window glass was very dirty. It was very basic, and no food. Dont provide breakfast. There was no phone in the room, and the toilet is very small and no close by eating place after 5 pm. Luckily we had a nice reception staff who helped to recommend an eating place and called a taxi for us. Probably he is the only employee in the hotel. So quiet, and We didnt see any other guests.
