The location.

I experienced a serious issue that the hotel failed to resolve. During my stay, the air conditioning in the room stopped working late at night, making the room extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep in. As the country was going through an extreme heat wave at the time. I immediately contacted the hotel and requested assistance, including either repairing the issue or moving me to another room. No alternative room or solution was provided. Only another hotel reception answered and said they couldn't help with any issues other than checking into the hotel, so we needed to wait until morning to talk to their colleagues. Upon checking out at 10:00 the next morning, nobody was around reception despite waiting for 20 minutes. The hotel later acknowledged that it was an electrical problem and confirmed they were unable to resolve it at the time. Despite apologizing, they have not provided any meaningful resolution or refund.
