Lots of things; - dust is everywhere, it likes that hasn’t been wiped (if you have an allergy to the dust, you shouldn’t stay in there) - they are not getting garbage from the room. They have garbage room in the entrance floor of building, you have to go there. - they are not cleaning the room if you stay is less than 10 days. When you request cleaning from administration, they wanted to charge cleaning fee !!! - they have put just 2 toilet paper rolls and 4 towels and they don’t pop in the room during your stay. If don’t have clean one, you have a trouble. Don’t forget to bring bath towel. - It is not closed to train station.

Very comfortable and spacious room with everything we needed, close to metro stations. Clean and in a quiet neighbourhood

We were unable to use the key via the app. It took another guest to tell us how to obtain key cards. Struggled with getting air con to work

Propreté, salle de bain bien équipée. Metro à proximité (3 stations de la Gare Centrale). Plusieurs bons restaurants à moins de dix minutes de marche.

Il fallait se reprendre à quelques reprises pour que l’application ouvre la porte de l’appartement.
