Overall, it was an ok apartment, we only really needed it for somewhere to sleep and to cook on Christmas Morning which it was fine for. The host was incredibly accommodating, my messages on booking.com weren't working so we spoke directly and they allowed us into the apartment almost 4hrs early which due to the weather was a godsend! The bathroom was totally fine, the shower was great and had good power to it. The bed itself was comfortable and cozy however I did have issues with the pillows The heating being on then we arrived was wonderful and the instructions were easy to follow, the radiator space was fab too!

I want to start by saying that this feedback is just our experience, I have seen a lot of other reviews for these apartments that are positive, high marks so I'm sure our stay isnt a complete reflection of the usual standards that the Cherry Property have. The feedback below is all minor things that are simple and easy fixes that would have made our stay more comfortable. There were a few issues we had with the property, some we raised directly, some we just worked around because it was Christmas. Cleanliness, there were cobwebs in the bedroom, a large one from the light to the ceiling which looked like it had been there a good while. The cutlery, cups and plates all needed to be rewashed before we used them. The air freshener was overpowering when we arrived so we switched it off, after a few hours there was a musty smell so we turned it back onto low which covered it The sofa bed wasn't put together correctly which I raised and was told it should just clip in, we couldn't get it to and were concerned if we pushed it and it snapped that would be our £150 deposit lost. Because the back wasn't secured it made sitting on it a little worrying, I spent most of the time sitting on the floor. The TV was laggy and sometimes unresponsive and there was no back covering the batteries. We would have loved to have a TV in the bedroom too but that's personal preference. The dining room chair legs were wonky and we were worried about sitting on them as it felt that with any weight they may give out, some were bent too. The carpet near the bedroom wall between the kitchen and living room kept lifting out of place when walked on, I had to keep pushing it back under the rod so we didn't trip on it.

Was very clean and comfortable

Room was very clean and spacious. In a good location. Lovely and warm which was very important as Blackpool was very cold. Staff were very helpful and there was plenty of instructions on how to use the amenities.

Only one small niggle there was nowhere in apartment to put clothes and toiletries eg shelves or drawers and difficult to leave anything for showering and washing I bathroom

Apartments was great lovely and big and really clean.. I couldn't work the heating I only text and she was round within minutes sorting it for me definitely would recommend and stay again. As a family of 8 I struggle to find accommodation without us having to have 2 hotel rooms so this is perfect.

The apartment was nice and spacious, with good facilities

The properly had a lot of damp and mould. It was incredibly difficult to heat up due to the damp.
