Cherry Property - Hornby Road

Lovely apartment, basic with everything we needed as we were only there for a long weekend. Was nice and clean everything smelled fresh. (Bedding smelled lovely) Sofabed in the livingroom was super comfy! Deposit was refunded day within 2 day which was great! Would definitely recommend

Was a little cold when heating wasn't on at nighttime. Living room would benefit from heavy curtains to keep the draft out. Shower wasn't the best but again we were only there for the weekend so wasn't that much of a issue

Location was good 20 minutes walk to Coral Island. Size and cleanliness excellent. Not enough pans, frying pans and oven trays but rang and they were delivered very quickly. Would stay again.

Not enough storage for clothes for a family of 7. Lounge seating inadequate, bean bags not suitable or comfortable.

Sofa un comfy, no back kept slipping down , bunk bed very springy and not comfy . Also no dining table to eat from as a family .

Ideal apartment, clean and had everything we needed. Parking at the property. Keys were collected using the key safe box, instructions were sent via text and room was ready a couple of hours before the check-in time of 3p. Will be using again

Property was very clean, staff were very helpful. It was very quiet. We had families below us but we didn't hear any noise either from inside or outside the building. I contacted when I heard there were stairs, as that was not stated on booking.com. I saw this on Airbnb after booking which was non refundable. . It was the second floor flat. There was no rail on second lot of stairs, but they fitted a rail for me in advance, which I greatly appreciated. I couldn't get heating turned on when we arrived. They were very quick to resolve the problem. Called back immediately and talked us through switching it on.

Double room didn't have wardrobe, a wee corner rail would have been great. A shelf in both bathrooms would have been helpful.

Clean rooms,comfy beds,close to everything but nice to be not directly at seafront. Very close to zoo too

Not enough storage. Nowhere really to put bags apart from at window bay for longer stays with kids. Rest of property fab and clean and tidy.
