Excellent location, clean, great facilities and value for money. Host Ida very helpful and responsive.

Would be good to have a lift, although hosts were very helpful despite our bags being extremely heavy

If there is a score higher than 10/10, i would immediately rate 20/10. Perfect location---Only 5 minutes walking from Sorrento train station, a great restaurant Il Leone Rosso near the entrance, if you go down there is the main street of Sorrento, with supermarkets, more place for shopping and dinning. Family apartment---You will be surprised at how completed those facilities are, refrigerator, place for cooking, sea view, large windows, two bath rooms, we washed our clothes by the washing machine in two-day stay. It's a perfect choice for families and groups. Great staffs---They really helped us a lot, introducing many travel places and gave us recommendations of view/food/schedule, kind persons, you will love them.

4th floor no lift no parking house was clean but one bathroom had bad sewerage smell

Enough space for our short stay. Extremely convenient for our trip and our Amalfi adventures. Host was amazing! Great restaurant suggestions and easy check-in (met us at the property and arranged airport transportation). Will definitely return!

Maybe include a small breakfast voucher. Everything else was great and the stairs didn’t bother us.

Location excellent, especially if travelling by train/bus. Lots of space for a family of 4. Great communication especially when our train was running late.

Furniture is a little basic, but it didn't impact our stay. Flat is up four flights of stairs but it's worth it for the view!

Location wasn’t too far from the heart of Sorrento and was very close to the train station. There is a grocery store around the block, which came in very handy…I think we stopped there every day on the way back to the unit. And the gelato place around the corner is a must stop. Francisco (the contact prior to our arrival) and Valentina (our contact after we arrived) were great!

The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. It was like sleeping on a concrete slab. We lost hot water twice while there and only one outlet in the kitchen worked. We had to have the hot water kettle on the floor as a result and the microwave only worked the first few nights. (We did check the fuses). We really wanted to open the windows in the kitchen—we could tell from the photos that it wasn’t really a balcony—but that let in too many bugs, especially since all the garbage cans (compost, recycling, etc.) were stored there. We had to contact Valentina to take the garbage out—we couldn’t access the dumpsters—and we didn’t want to bother her.

View from the room was spectacular.

For older people, stairs to the room could be hard.

The apartment is amazing, spacious rooms with great beach view. Quiet area. Sorrento train and bus station just around the corner, the town center is just 2 minutes walking. A lot of good food options around. Francesco the host is super friendly and helpful.

As many other mentioned, the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator but with fairly easy stairs so not a big issue.
