Demosan Hotel Hilden

Looked amazing on the inside, great staff and amazing value.

No glasses for drink and non-funtional fridge.

Small and smelly bathroom. Suffocating heat in the room with uncomfortable bed, non-existent breakfast. it looks more like a dormitory for the needy. Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. run away better sleep in the street. Never again

Nothing in specific. Property had converted some old place into rooms.

very poorly converted property into rooms, no privacy, ventilation, poor sound proof ( u literally hear snoring from next room)

We arrived around midnight but they wait for us and were very helpful.

Rooms was on oriented above very frequent street and wake much earlier due to traffic noise.

Dirty beds, bathroom - room which I received has been looking like someone just came out without cleaning. I’m tolerant person and I’m giving that note first time in my life.
