Small, smelt musty.
GBThe property was easy to use by public transport (Bus or train). Very close to a large Tesco so easy to get supplies.
Very small property. Kitchen was tiny and we couldn't both get in at the same time. Poor lay out of rooms meant no privacy in bathroom which was off bedroom with ill fitting door. This layout also meant disturbing other person if sleep times were different and one of us needed the bathroom. Expensive for facilities provided.
GBI have seen the good reviews so we booked this for our visit to St Ives. We had the top floor sea campion. It was very clean, spacious enough for a couple. Complete with facilities. A small kitchen with dining area, a small couch and tv. The bed was really comfortable considering my partner is picky with bed comfort because of his back. We were given clear instructions through messages before we arrived so no hassle even without staff on arrival. It was easy to find too. The sea view from the top floor was also amazing. 😍 It's near Tescos as well. The proximity to Carbis bay made it easy to go to the beach whenever. If you fancy quite a walk, st ives centre was about 30-40mins walk. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.
Not much really. The hot water on the sink was too hot so beware 😅 Just thought they could have offered to change towels or extra towels specially for those staying for more days.

If was to stay there longer that there was no oven as it would cost u a quiet a bit to eat out as electric hob quite limited on what you could cook if you wanted to cook a dinner for yourself
MXProperty easy to find as on the main road. The rooms were clean and we were happy to have a bedroom separate from the kitchen and living room. Water in the shower was hot and bed was comfy.
Busy road made getting in and out of parking space tricky. Checkout at 10 am means you sleep and get going, no lounging in the morning. The code for the door was incorrect and we had to phone to get the proper code. This was frustrating at the end of a long journey getting there. The shower was so cramped, no place to put the soap except the floor! Kitchen very sparsely provisioned with tiny kettle and fridge that leaked water onto the floor. Wifi good.

GBPerfect location, very short walk to Carbis bay, less than half an hour to St Ives. Beautiful views. Pub 5 minute walk down the road! Accommodation itself is clean, good facilities, would be suitable for a week with having a small kitchen and living area! Nice warm shower and comfy bed!
There isn't really anything that I didn't like, if I had to pick something I would say the bathroom is small but it was clean and has everything you need so certainly not a complaint!
GBGBLocation good for buses into St Ives. Accommodation had everything you needed. Fantastic views from top floor room. Quiet at night.
Sofa could have been more comfortable. Shower was not good! Took ages to get temperature right but that could change to freezing cold or scalding hot without warning!
